About the Presenters:
Scott Moyer and Michael Diehl are two of the most successful coaches in NCAA history winning (25) conference team championships, coached (18 ) individual conference champions and have appeared in (10) NCAA National Championships on two different levels.
Together they have worked with players/coaches from throughout the U.S. as well as : Spain, France, Germany, Australia, Sweden, Canada, Korea and South Africa.
In addition, Moyer and Diehl hold two NCAA coaching records.
In 2005, both the Men’s and Women’s team (s) won the Centennial Conference team championship as well as both individual titles making McDaniel College the first school in NCAA history to accomplish this feat.
In the years 2005-2008, four different players from the same school in consecutive years won the individual conference title, also a first.
They have conducted seminars and camps for both NIKE and the National Golf Coaches Academy in Ohio, Missouri, Maryland, Virginia, Wisconsin, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts , North Carolina and Wash, D.C.
As an active member of the Golf Coaches Association of America, Moyer also serves as Director of Golf/Men’s Coach and Coach Diehl as Head Professional/Women’s Coach at McDaniel College, formerly known as Western Maryland College.
Coach Moyer has also spoken and presented numerous college recruiting workshops for coaches, prospective student-athletes and their parents.
*** This FREE seminar will be held at McDaniel College located between Baltimore, Md and Gettysburg, Pa.
The golf facility consists of a golf course, 18 hole FootGolf course and the new COFFMAN TEACHING CENTER. This state of the art heated/ac complex is outfitted with wall mounted monitors, teaching mirrors and FlightScope, the 3 D radar tracking launch monitor. Also an indoor soundproof putting studio is also part of the center.
A full swing grass range, short game practice area along with (2) sand bunkers and greens complete the practice facility.
Instruction will take place in both a classroom setting and at the golf course.
Coaches will be notified by email prior to the seminar with regards to directions, registration, agenda, etc.
Coaches can play golf for FREE after the seminar!
